A Local Success Story

Starting out from a humble restaurant, Let’s Pasta is a food production company involved in creating some of the finest raviolli, gnocchi, tortellini, and other pastas. Located in Lethbridge, Alberta, they source their durum wheat from local farms less than 50km away, grind it at the city’s largest mill into quality semolina, and manufacture it into famously delicious pasta products.

Output became experts in their company story, interviewing their founders at their local facility, filming on location at one of the farms they source their wheat from, and utilizing 4K drone footage to capture the scope of their operation. Output edited this footage into a video that captured the heart and locally rooted spirit of this pasta company, sprouted from humble italian beginnings.
